Sweet Potato

Both Purple and orange sweet potatoes are valuable sources of both soluble and insoluble fiber with a balanced ratio of Insoluble to Soluble Fiber. While insoluble fibers help provide bulk, the soluble fibers in sweet potato help feed the bacteria within the gut.

Purple Vs Orange Sweet Potato

The main difference between orange and purple sweet potatoes comes down to Orange Sweet Potato's getting their color from beta carotene (Fat Soluble Antioxidant with pro Vitamin A Activity for dogs, not cats), while purple sweet potato's get their color from anthocyanins (Water Soluble Antioxidant).

Ceylon Cinnamon

Ceylon Cinnamon, as opposed to the more common Cassia Cinnamon found in most grocery stores, contains significantly less coumarin, which is known to cause kidney, liver, and lung damage (Cassia Contains around 2000 to 5000 times more coumarin). While a dog would have to ingest a decent amount to cause immediate damage, it's always better to err on the side of caution.
